Preparation instructions

Tenderize each side of meat with a Jaccard seasoning. baste or marinate 20 min to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat charcoal 30 mins until ash covered or gas grill 10 mins with lid closed. Grill 4″ above Medium heat (375 degrees surface temperature is ideal). Cook 6-8 min/side (12-14 min total) or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F.
